Also, note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But our payment processor or your financial institution can take up to 10 to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. based in our experience, the most of cases the time the refund process time take around 3 to 5 days.
All subscriptions will be refunded for example:
Customer buy subscription for 12 months and after 6 months asked to cancel the subscription. In this case, we will do full refund of 6 months remaining subscription period.
Also, please tell us if you would like to hold your subscription instead of cancelation. This will help you to continue with your subscription at any time in the future.
In regard to hardware return, we are providing warranty for one year on all hardware provided by our company, therefore if the customer not happy and has decided to retue, we are happy to accept your return but make sure to send the product with original package and in good condition with any broken and will do a fuld refund.
